Aceites Guadalentín, S.L. is a family enterprise involved in the production and sale of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil of the National Park of Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas, in the southeast of Jaen province.
Since 1926 we have been producing Extra-Virgin Olive Oil of the finest quality, picual variety.

The importance of
QUALITY
Our enterprise has an integrated system to handle Quality and Environment following the International Standards ISO 9002 and ISO 14001.
The olive oil follows a serious quality control since the olives are in the olive-oil mill. There, these fruits are selected to put aside the ones which may produce lower quality olive oil to be processed in another way.
All factors that may impair olive oil quality are controlled during the production process, such us temperature, time in the centrifuge, quantity of water, etc.
The olive oils are selected in our warehouse following a tasting process; the oil is kept inside stainless steel tanks with a constant temperature till they are bottled.
